The Singing Group

The Singing Group is an informal group of people who meet for the love of singing. There are churchgoers and non-churchgoers in the group, and people do not have to make a regular commitment – simply turn up when you can.

The group meets in St Peter’s Church Room on most Tuesdays during termtime, from 7pm-9pm, and is directed by David Jones. If you want to check that the group is meeting on a particular Tuesday or simply wish to know more, e-mail Shanti Bharatan at shantimb@yahoo.com.

The Singing Group resumes on 27th April 2010. Subsequent meetings this term will be weekly (with the exception of 8th June, and possibly also of 1st June) up to and including 15th June.

The Group will sing at the St Peter’s Net Tea at 3pm on Sunday 23rd May; and at the Family Concert at 2.15pm on Sunday 20th June. Times of rehearsals before these two events will be confirmed later.
